I can't believe this is nearly a decade old. This was definitely written in my 'literary' phase, but I think it still mostly holds up.
It's fun for me to read this back, years later. I can see ideas in this that are very much a prototype for lots of themes that show up in Empath and Augur. Fate, understanding, etc. The trippy stuff too, I suppose.
Anyways, you absolutely have to watch Mo No No Ke. Especially if horror is your thing.
