Had this one in reserve on sub for a while, but no bites, so I figured I may as well share it with folks here, especially since I've pulled two other short stories, may as well replace em. :P
Mixed feelings on whether or not to keep the "Rebuttal to the Opposition" and accompanying explanatory note. I'm very tickled by the idea of someone submitting an absurd short story to one of the election pamphlets. Thematically it fits into my personal crusade of taking responsibility and acknowledging how our fiction affects the world around us.
When I was submitting it, I titled it things like "US Worm 101" and "Opposition Argument to Proposition 11" and so on, but I tend to know the titles for things from the start, and this one has always been called "giant worm story" to me.
